Strategic Pillars USIL

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Being an entrepreneur is not only about starting one’s own business; it is also about providing solutions to our country’s social and economic problems. Our students develop important projects, business ideas and investment plans, while calculating risks and learning to work as team members. They learn that being an entrepreneur also means working well with others, understanding their needs and strengthening human relations. According to our vision, an entrepreneur may be an independent businessperson or a member of an organization; it is a matter of one’s approach to the challenges that arise. Developing one’s own leadership style, in accordance with one’s personality and abilities, working in diverse national and international settings, and recognizing the importance of interpersonal relations are characteristic of our graduates.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The university has an association called Alianza Social Universitaria – ASU, which is aimed at developing and implementing projects and programs of Social Responsibility at university and business level.
