Graduates of the Culinary Arts program have the following professional competencies:


PC1. Develop and apply skills in the creation of alternatives for culinary offerings, according to high health and nutritional standards.


PC2. Head the food production department in the company where they work or their own business, with professional ethics and social responsibility.


PC3. Create sensory experiences for customers to generate new flavor trends.


PC4. Optimize the productivity of a food production area through resource assessment and control.


PC5. Promote strategic partnerships, laying the foundations for culinary propositions.
