The academic objective of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola Culinary Arts program is to shape highly skilled professionals in line with international standards.

Our graduates are able to manage food production profitably, satisfying the requirements of the target audience in terms of quality, health and nutrition. They are capable of leading, motivating and guiding their associates with ethical and moral values.
